Nothing was too much trouble for Mark at Stonehaus Bathrooms. We had two bathrooms and a downstairs toilet fitted out by him and they look amazing. Mark helped with the design and showed us all variations of prices. His customer service is second to none and his knowledge is fantastic. There is a good range of items on show at the showroom but he also has access to lots more. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mark and Stonehaus Bathrooms
Mark and Steve of Stonehaus could not have been more helpful. I must have called them two, three, sometimes four times a day during my bathroom and ensuite projects and nothing was too much trouble. Mark created plans, sourced and supplied everything I wanted and Steve delivered it all on schedule as and when required. Needless to say, the fittings and furniture are only from the best manufacturers and they were able to beat the prices of many local competitors. I am delighted with the end results and highly recommend Stonehaus!
Just placed our order for new family bathroom and ensuite. Great experience from design to product specification high quality products but at very competitive prices. The showroom is a little gem of a place where you can see the products and exactly what i mean by the quality. However the thing that shone out for me in the process was the customer service from the guys at Stonehaus, in particular Mark who clearly is very experienced in this industry, but actually really takes time to understand your needs. They are flexible enough to adapt their quote accordingly to meet your needs and ultimately leave you feeling good about your investment. Looking forward to our new Stonehaus bathroom being installed in coming months......I highly recommend them from my experience
We have just had our en-suite refurbished and have been really impressed with the whole process from start to finish. Mark listened carefully to what we wanted and then through his design, helped us choose some really lovely fittings. The installation team were marvellous. They worked hard to be as unobtrusive as possible and took a real pride In their work. All in all we are very pleased with the finished product. Thank you.
