Very childfriendly! Had lunch here with my little ones and their cousins. Staff super friendly and helpful also x

Terrible service as food took close to an hour to be sent out. Starter portions were super small - calamari had about 5 or 6 bits of squid. Salad mains were average tasting - no better than what I could have done at home.

Great restaurant  - had a wonderful healthy breakfast.  Love the decor and the waiters are super friendly and Service orientated .

Like all of the giraffes, it serves a good Mexicanish mix of breakfasts and mains which I like. This particular one does seem to have problems with speed of service, which has a knock on effect on the warmth of the food. Have been in there 4 times over the last few years and always seems to be the case.

I realy like the food here. Unfortunately they always have items on the menu tht they've run out of. Once it was Chips! it's a bit dark and gloomy too. I really hate the way they automatically add the tip to the bill. I find this rude. They don't even take this approach in the US any more so why are you doing it?
