Nice restaurant. The vegan menu is a little limited when it comes to the variety of food, but they did still have vegan options. We had the chicken katsu curry and the Korean BBQ chicken with a coconut latte. Was nice food, but it is spicy, so if you cannot handle your spice at all then maybe try something you know definitely won't be spicy. My mouth was on fire
Wow!! Food was delicious, so tasty and great presentation. Food delivered to the our table in time and service was good. Will definitely come back.
Had not been to Giraffe in ages but always has a positive experience in the past and this time was no exception. Food was really nice and the service was excellent except a tiny let down that our starters weren't cleared before the mains arrived. I was more than happy to pay the optional service charge that was automatically added to the bill.
Awesome. No queue, courteous to the extreme. Fast service and a check back. Even double checked if we would like to leave the tip on or take it off. Exceptional service and the name on the receipt is Abbie. Deserves a well done from her manager. I had katsu curry. Tasted like katsu, medium spice level, served with noodles, nice crispy chicken. At £12 it was at the upper end of what it should cost I. E. YoSushi has it for £8, but worth it for the service. Daughter has vegan burger and was impressed at how tasty it was. My only negatives are watch the prices. I think no queue = bit pricier than competitors. And the booths are quite tight. Worth a visit.
First time visiting yesterday, wasn’t too busy. Food service was quick and the waiter serving us was fast and efficient. All of us absolutely loved our meals. I had the Thai duck stir fry and it was phenomenal. Only slight issue was long wait for the bill even though we had quite a few staff walk past our table and ignore the fact we were ready to leave which I would understand if it were busier. Apart from this everything else was perfect and we will be visiting again ! I recommend.
Apart from friendly staff, good options on the menus and short wait times the experience wasn't very good. I paid 11 pounds for the birria tacos and was disappointed with them. The portion size was too small being only two very slim tacos. It was served with a pickled cabbage and that was it, no fries or anything. I understand it was a brunch option but only being a couple of pounds less than some items on the main menu I expected it to be a larger dish. The drinks were also expensive and my friends also felt they had small portion sizes for the price.
We were served by a tall dark haired girl called Grace I think. She recommended the strawberry smash and this was to die for. I had the duck stir fry and it was lovely! The service was worth visiting again and the cocktail I will be attempting at home really good experience.
Food was amazing. Service was quick and the staff were so nice. Never been before but would definitely come back and recommend to anyone
Our servers name was Megan and she was fantastic. Super friendly and kind, she made a real effort for our son who only has limited diet options. Great Korean BBQ chicken and coffee. Will be back soon. Wheelchair accessibility: Good
Great breakfast for me and the kids. Table wasn't clean but the waitress cleaned it up lovely after being asked. Attentive service and food was smashing. Will be swinging by again sometime to try out lunch and dinner.Food: 5/5
