I do not recommend this seller.  You don't buy what you pay for.  Many people don't know anything about mattresses, so they sell the cheapest sponge instead of memory foam.  I wish I had read the reviews before I bought it.  They replaced my mattress twice and what I got was not what I expected.  Instead he offered me a £10 refund.  Please read reviews before you buy

Wouldn't even give 1 star if i could!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY TRY MUGGING YOU OFF AND KEEP CHANGING THE DATES WHEN YOU'VE SPECIFICALLY TOOK IT OFF WORK!!! They go under the name ' Klien Interiors ' on ebay!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

Bought a bed and mattress off then via wowcher. The initial date I was given then changed to a week later, when it did arrive the driver spoke no English at all which made it difficult to ask if anything was missing. Quality was shocking. Avoid at all costs

Negative Rating. Not even one.nBought GBP 3000 worth of goods from Cox & Cox, owned by this company. Received faulty goods, very difficult to get proper replacement. Extremely poor customer service, DO NOT BUY anything from Cox & Cox.  They are under administration. 12 of the 13 Directors at Cox & COX have resigned.  Oct 2023

This company owns Cox & Cox, who tried to make it very difficult for me to return a faulty item. Stay away, their business ethics are about taking money and shirking responsibility
