The food was all very good. We had scallops and mussels, which were both nicely cooked, but the sauces were little strong for my taste. The pizza was fresh and tasty, again perhaps too much fresh herbs for our taste. The cheese toasty was also good. We felt the prices are a little high for the food but the view is lovely and the wooden booths provide an intimate cute atmosphere. We would go again.
Very kind and helpful service. Beautiful and quiet setting. Was offered a window table as soon as it became available. Fresh local seafood, carefully prepared to perfection. Pizza and pasta was also very good. Drinks, deserts, coffee - all good. Will come back.
Excellent choice of dishes. We had pizzas they were delicious possibly the best we've had. Service is prompt and friendly. Great views from the window tables. Highly recommend Vegetarian options: Good choice. I had mushroom, black olive and red onion pizza but a reasonable amount of veggie options throughout the menu. Kid-friendliness: I took my 12 year son who eats adult meals anyway but several other families with kids there and they all seemed happy.
Stayed in Penzance for 2 nights as part of our long-awaited honeymoon in July 2022, and Gino's Spaghetti House was right next to our hotel. And what a find it was! Went there on the first night, and went back again on the second night as the food was so good! Lovely atmosphere sitting by the window looking out at the ocean, and enjoying the fact that it stays light until after 10 pm!
Amazing customer service, amazing portions, great tasting food, great prices. Spent ages looking for a nice place with good sized portions and we found it. Lady there also gave us tips on where else to go for good sized meals. Will go again next time
Recently visited here with my partner whilst on holiday l, we did read reviews before our visit and with mixed reviews we decided to try it for ourselves and we are glad that we did! Food was beautiful my steak was cooked to perfection the sauce that it came in was seasoned perfectly and my partner chose for a margarita pizza and he loved it, the chocolate cheese cake was delicious aswell. The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome . We will certainly be coming back again on our next holiday :
Decent enough meal - slightly overpriced £15 for a pasta dish that didn't have much flavour - Bolognese but the pollo was really nice. They are very understaffed and the waitresses were fantastic under the circumstances. But lots of people were waiting - they need to just get some more staff. Must pre book.
Took a gamble on our adventures, real passionate food. The host was like an Italian nonna and you could see her happiness at us enjoying our food. It was banging and side note, the home made tiramisu is a game changer. Bravo.Food: 5/5
Best Fish Lasagne ever!! Here is family-run restaurant. This is my first time having fish lasagne. It was made with homemade pasta sheet and chuck of fresh fish sea bass and monk fish. The sauce is very good, full of spice, creamy tomato sauce. Must try! Very recommended! and hostess is very welcoming. Worth the wait
Pizza was good, however not spectacular. My companions enjoyed their meals. I'm not a fan of Italian food so it would be unfair to give anything higher or lower than okay
