My family have been attending The Gingerbread House for many years. Our dentist is Harvey Grahame and our hygenist is Mel. Anita is the dental nurse. All are excellent and very skilled. Also, they are very kind and considerate. My children now adults are not anxious about going to the dentist as they have only had pleasant experiences there and their teeth have been expertly cared for throughout. Many thanks.
Mel is the best hygienist i have ever had! Mel is gentle, patient and i always have a great teeth clean. Katie the nurse also looked after me well during the clean.
Booked an urgent appointment with Dr Adam Newman last night and managed to get seen first thing this morning having never have received treatment here before. I'm a very nervous patient and had cracked a tooth badly and thought it would need removing but Dr Newman was able to save the tooth and put a crown on it. He was very reassuring and patient with me as were the dental nurse and the reception team who were lovely.nI was made to feel very comfortable and safe in their hands and wasn't made to feel silly for feeling afraid. I am very happy with the results and have had no discomfort since having the work done.nI went from an anxious mess to feeling very calm and happy this afternoon.nI should also add that this tooth had previously had a crown and i was told by 2 other dentists elsewhere that it would need to be removed so left it as it made me nervous until ending up making it worse and needing this urgent appointment. So pleased i chose to come here. Thank you!
I had an appointment with Mel the hygienist today, she and her nurse Katy were very kind and gentle, my teeth feel amazing. The ladies on reception were also very nice and welcoming. Sandie, Rachel and Steff.
Thanks so much to everyone here, Sandy, Mel, Adam and Anna in particular have been excellent. I have found that there is always a convenient appointment time available. The dentistry technology that is used here is next-level. The standard and quality of care is First Class.
