Absolutely disgusting food and service. We ordered a thin base pizza and kebab and chips, chips were not cooked! The pizza was absolutely drenched in grease and the base was soaking wet. I phoned the restaurant, spoke to two people, he said he spoke to his supervisor and apparently it’s normal when pepperoni is on a pizza, absolutely ridiculous, no pepperoni would make it soaking like that. Totally inedible, said they would come to my home, bag it up and replace despite the supervisor shouting in the background, I would trust someone to replace my food when they aren’t happy about it in the first place. They then said they wouldn’t give me the same pizza I had ordered because pepperoni makes it to be greasy and be that way. £27 wasted on absolute rubbish and terrible service.

I bought a kebab wrap with salad and garlic sauce, the kebab was lovely although the salad was soft and tasted like it had been left there for a while and not only that the whole kebab had loads of black burnt stuff inside! There was loads of it, to the point I had to tear apart my entire wrap and eat it in pieces so I didn’t choke on a burnt piece of whatever it was. - will not be coming back! Very disappointing
Been here a few times & food is generally good but can be cold sometimes too. The service isn't great, often just throw your meal together or touch items with fingers in front of you. I hate being ripped off, Because I wanted my sauce separate to my kebab, I had to pay full price for it, when it literally comes as part of the offer! I'd understand 10p for the carton or something, but to pay full price is just stupid & makes no sense. I walked out due to principle and being looked at & talked to like I was stupid 1 when I questioning it.
First time here, absolutely beautiful fresh food. Extremely large portion on the chips, kebabs and the wraps. Out of this world bolongnse special pizza with Amazing hot chilli sauce Will definitely be back. 5*****
We ordered food but people who came after us were being handed the exact same order, before us. We had to say something before they even realised we were still there. When we finally got the food, the chips were pale and hard. The food has got progressively worse the last few times I've been. This will be my last visit here. Food was packaged awfully, tasted awful and customer service was awful.
STAY AWAY....Hands down the WORST shop in the chain I paid £9 for a tiny kebab it was literally the size of my hand to top it off it was 70% salad, the pitta bread was stale and falling to bits and the little meat I had was cut by a surgeon it was that thin.... also the little munchkin steroid head walking round with a right attitude all in all DISGUSTING
We use to love coming here for food but as of to night I will never go back. The customer service was horrendous. We stood in the shop for about 7 -8 minutes only to be ignored by all staff members that looked me in the eye when asking for next customer. They served 3 other people that came in after us. We left without food.Service: 1/5
Nice food however, customer service is awful. Ordered a chicken wrap to be sent a kebab phoned shop to be told its the websites error and to contact them. No effort made to rectify the problem and spoken to as if i was stupid. Definitely wouldn't recommend, shame as the food is usually nice.
Food was very disappointing tonight.£30 order which went in the bin.Mum ordered a chicken wrap, I ordered chicken kebab...sadly just one sloppy mess.The pittta bread cannot hold your food as it was drenched in garlic sauce. Mince pies my husband ordered were ok.Chips were cold. We won't order from here again.
