It has to be a four due to the fact that it's a country station out of the town & you would be most upset if you got here a were expecting the five star treatment.nIt has a lovely café in the ticket office like the office 6am to 6pm it is open. Serviced by busses until 5.40pm if you want to get to Shaftesbury. They don't have a great taxi services here so book in advance.nThe few staff here are friendly. The surrounding are nice. There is a ticket machine for after hours. If you get here after 6pm use the bathroom on the train as they are closed at that hour. Plenty of parking. Have a look at the photos and see for yourself. Enjoy.

Gillingham station is clean and tidy and convenient for traveling to London or the west country, parking seems expensive.
