I use Gillingham train station alot to get to medway hospital with my youngst son and from time to time I need to take my 3 year old along with me.  Now I have a double buggy I need to use for these occasions and you get maybe ten seconds from when the doors open to when they shut.  Trying to lift a heavy double buggy over that silly big gap in ten seconds has twice resulted on the train doors Shutting on my sons and me hurting myself trying to stop it happening.  Not happy!!  The guards and the driver need to pay more attention!

A bit plain but you get what you pay for. Its easy to navigate your way round the platforms and staff are quite helpful

Agree with Tony, the current coffee franchise is a winner, one of the best tasting i have had anywhere in my travels

Forget the lame Costa's further in the town center, the best coffee is to be had in a wee cafe in the terminal. Best flat white for miles around.
