Giles is great. We came to him after being let down by four different mortgage advisers. Giles stuck with our case and secured us two great mortgages for sums that we didn't think were possible. He is honest and intelligent and consistent, and very good value for money. We are both self-employed, which means that our mortgages were trickier to secure than if we had been employees. Can't recommend him highly enough.

Contentment is knowing that you have a good doctor, a good lawyer, a good accoutant and a great IFA. After kissing a few frogs I settled on Giles some years back as my 'great IFA' and whilst I'd never admit it to him, his fees are dwarfed by his returns. If you can recommend a good lawyer, however, let me know.

We are extremely happy with the service that Giles Warren is giving us! Giles has helped us now for several years, through the period of transition from being (self) employed into retirement. We started with a jumble of pension funds and savings accounts that had accumulated over many years. With his recommendations these were made more understandable and improved. Now we are retired, with a different situation, Giles has introduced us to a way to easily manage our finances. We have engaged with a system that is comprehensive and allows us to monitor, interrogate, and make revisions as circumstances change. The portfolio is fully managed by professional experts, meets our chosen risk profile and is tax efficient. The investments are in a balanced mix of shares, bonds and ISA’s, and, importantly, permit a draw down for our income to supplement our state pensions. The overall performance has been above market average. As part of our selected service we meet regularly and review our situation. Discussions are assisted by comprehensive and detailed Financial Planning Reports which Giles produces using the latest modelling software. These reports are a great help to us for planning our retirement and future lifestyle. We are reassured that we can sit back and enjoy ourselves, with the knowledge that Giles is committed to keeping us informed! We would not hesitate in recommending him to you. Richard
