Ellie is quite the best hairdresser ever. In my family we have a combination of very long, short as in shaven, thick red curls, blond high fashion and thin grey! Ellie treats us all perfectly according to our needs and wants and we always leave smiling. She's fantastic.

After counting the sleeps, I had my post lockdown appointment on Monday. Oh my goodness, I walked in with the worst ever lockdown hair and walked out with the most amazing transformation. Steven worked absolute magic, doing the second stripping of 30 years of box dyed hair and then a beautiful cut. He explained every step, I had total trust in him and the end result. An absolute professional, very passionate about hair and a truly lovely guy. In just a couple of days I have had so many positive comments, it’s been amazing. All I can say is thank you so much. I travel to Arundel about once every 6 weeks, which is perfect timing for me to see Jakk for hair cuts and colours. The highlights I had were certainly the best ever, and he fixed up a bad Paris haircut, so I have been going to him ever since. Just last week in Paris, where I live, a Parisian woman asked me who cuts my hair, and where! I receive compliments on Jakk's cuts all the time! The salon is beautiful, and the staff very friendly and accommodating.

Steven has cut my hair for a few years and now he and Jakk have set up this gorgeous salon in Arundel.  It is comfortable, stylish and the service is first rate.  Well worth the extra little travelling time to get to Arundel from Chichester.  As a hairdresser Steven is brilliant and a lovely person too.  Extra points for serving hot chocolate!
