Very poor service.. 2 days ago it was perfect, friendly and helpful.. Parcel tapped up and £5 for box and stamp.. Today had to buy the tape and £10 for box and stamp. No consistency in service at all

As someone who works in customer service, I'm very disgusted in the attitude of the attendants. For someone very new to the area I don't appreciate being patronized for a small mistake in a delivery in which they have now kept away from me for 3 weeks without any update on resolving the problem.
