Never heard anything so pointless, I now have a phone appointment with a physiotherapist, for a 4 week post op hip replacement. So looking forward to trying to describe a movement or range of movement over the phone? Or having an alleged physiotherapist check the range and ease of movement over the phone. Are things so bad that NHS services are now removed from NHS patients, or is it that NHS staff would just rather patients go away!
Naomi was so good taking bloods. She had such a smooth hand, didn’t feel the needles whatsoever. She was very lovely lady.
Went in for a blood test today, even though I was a little bit late due to getting stuck in traffic the receptionist was really kind and reassured me. My phlebotomist was excellent, barely felt a thing! Although I normally get dizzy during blood tests she was understanding and let me lay back and distracted me. I can’t remember what her name was unfortunately but she was telling me about her kitten. The service/department is also very efficient and modern. Thank you so much, one of the best blood test experiences I have had and there has been many!
Went today with my referral letter to make an appt. The receptionist was very polite and friendly and said I could be seen there and then. No sooner did I go to sit down ...my name was called. Omg. Amazing service. Well done NHS.
The lady at reception was so friendly and went out of her way to help me. I was seen in less than five minutes and the lady doing my blood test was incredibly professional and efficient. Whole experience took less than ten minutes!
