Food was lovely however the mussels in my seafood dish were cold. When the waiter asked if our food was good I told him and asked if they were meant to ge cold. His reply was i dont really know!nOther than that food was lovely and atmosphere was good.
On arrival the greeter did not want to seat our party in the window seats as requested even though they were all available at 1200 as we had a buggy. We were treated like 3rd class citizens and it was actually appalling. I am a regular visitor to the restaurant and on the mailing list. I was here last week with parents and was treated completely differently.nFurthermore I insisted on the seats I requested and got a high chair myself and Removed the buggy to a convenient area away from everyone so it wasn’t a nuisance. Without assistance from any staff as none offered. Food and drink 5* as usual the lady who greated us 0 and staff on wed maybe a 1. I’m back again next Wednesday so it better have improved.
Beautiful place, food, and customer service was top tier! They surprised me with a birthday treat at the end of our meal. I couldn't ask for more.
We took our friends who were visiting us to lunch here. We all enjoyed the food, drinks, and atmosphere. Our friends even commented it's the best Thai food they've had in the UK. Everything tasted divine and the staff shout out to new member: Jay were super helpful and friendly. We tried their food first as a takeaway and the dine-in experience didn't disappoint. Can't believe we waited this long to eat at Giggling Squid. Folks, don't dither - just go!
We came for the familly lunch and really enjoyed it. The food was delicious and great selections. My husband eats plant based food and was offered a lovely dish that he really enjoyed. Staff were professional, polite and friendly. The restaurant atmophere also very nice amd warm. Great restaurant to come back!
