She helped me with my queries and request, thanks to her and the kind landlord we have 2 beautiful kittens. My family and I are very grateful. I’ve never used an estate agent before. From start to finish gibbs have been great in supporting us to find somewhere to rent. Especially Priya Gomez who was fantastic. She was very efficient and thorough with everything. She explained things In a way which was easy to explain especially to someone who is renting for the first time!! She was also very kind and polite every time I spoke to her no matter the amount of questions I had!!

He was always ready to help and assist us, I really appreciated all the support and guidelines he provided to us at all time during the renting application process and moving in the property. He always kept us up to date with the application progresses as also replied to calls and emails very quickly and offered useful and professional assistance. I had a terrible experience with an estate agent who only cared about their landlords. After my tenancy contract ended, the person who was supposed to update me would always be on another line and never contact me despite promising to do so. When they finally called back, it only lasted for 26 seconds and was supposed to be about the deposit that had been held for over a month. When I initially moved into the flat, I informed them that I needed it to be mould-free due to my health complications. However, on the first day, I noticed mould patches and reported it to them. They refused to acknowledge the mould and when I moved out, they took pictures of it and tried to hold me responsible for it. I don't think they are trustable. I realized that this agency only cares about their landlords and some of their staff members are extremely rude.
I have been living in a property managed by Gibbs for past ten months and faced some issues at the time of my move but now I can say their property management services have improved significantly since “Shenae Dudley” Property Manager joined the team. Shenae Dudley is very helpful and try to actively resolve issues as early as possible.
Laura Stubbins has been a reassuring person to have as a property manager. We have been able to interact easily and get important issues sorted and I found her to be compassionate and efficient at her job. Thanks Laura for your help in looking after the flat. Would like to mention in particular one individual. We recently dealt with Harry Thornhill to support us in our hunt for an apartment and the process from start to finish has been fantastic! Firstly he managed to accommodate us with a last minute request to view a property on Friday of last week. Fast forward to this week and the offer has been approved, paperwork completed and move in date confirmed! What would normally have been a long and arduous process has been INCREDIBLY efficient and it is all down to the support and regular communication provided by Harry. We'd like to thank him for his efforts that have not gone unnoticed! Thank you Harry.
