Geox - Oxford Circus branch Blonde supervisor -chewing gum and blowing bubbles !!! I had an extremely disappointing experience in the Oxford Street branch. From the moment I stepped in the store it was clear that customer service is not a priority. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and they seemed completely uninterested in resolving my issue. I was ignored left waiting without any staff member acknowledging my presence for an unreasonable amount of time, and eventually had one of the staff members acknowledging me as if I was annoying her!! The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy was shocking. If you're looking for a business that values its customers, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
The clothes are of good quality. However, the staff is completely unprofessional and pushy, and the manager is unfortunately completely unhelpful and annoying. Updated: Unfortunately, this isn't my first disappointing experience with this branch. Just to mention a few: -Displayed discounts not honored at checkout. Price tags being removed from products in front of me, and the store denying it afterward. -Customer support unresponsive, multiple follow-ups, and even then, nothing was resolved. It’s enlightening to hear that the staff is trained to assist customers! -Wanted to try on a t-shirt, after much confusion and discussion with branch manager, the staff informed me there were no fitting rooms, suggesting I try it over my clothes : -Moreover, the staff has previously behaved in an unacceptably rude manner towards my pregnant wife. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this store.
I would like to commend [Azin] for her exceptional service at Oxford street Geox. She is a truly dedicated worker and consistently demonstrates a strong work ethic. Every time I visit, she is always kind, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Her warm demeanor and willingness to help make a significant difference, and I truly appreciate her efforts. Thank you, [ Azin], for your hard work and kindness!
Please be well aware they don't do refund just voucher credit and I purchased a pair of trainers on Sunday , it was a mid season sale and I tried and love them, they were comfortable however I only wore them once outside, they run against on my skin, it cause my feet blisters, so I went bk to the shop , the shopkeeper name Walid was polite and helped me to sort out and asked me if I want the same style again , I said I don't want same experience, he told me there is a lot other styles it might be better for me, I told him I don't want to pay extra and he told me to wait till in December there will be another sale, it was a disappointed 1st time experience.
I was served by Angelina who was knowledgeable and very accommodating. I will be bringing my husband along next week to get him a pair of trainers too.
1 star for the items however customer service is shocking and I had to wait 34 days for a refund! I was told by the customer service via email to "be patient" - never again.
Very good customer service, shop manager very professional. No fuss about replacing faulty item. The experience made my day today. Good quality products, highly recommend.

I have bought a pair of boots in this shop. The quality of the product is great, they are very comfortable, warm and waterproof. Quite elegant too, so can be used under any putfit. The employeer were very professional and helpful, gave me different options to choose from accordingly to my request. I was quite lucky, there was also 30% discount
The manager of the store is amazing, very helpful and respected person Highly recommend to come and shop at this store
