I was really satisfied with their food. They serve large portions of fish and chips with only 12.5 pounds! You'll regret it if you miss this place. They have only one bench outside the store. The boss and chef are very kind! Vegetarian options: Halal

This place is on the side of St. Anne's Road in Haringey and it does the best fish and chips. And also there are other options available for whatever you fancy. So come along and try out for yourself. You won't be disappointed.Food: 5/5
We love George's Fish and Chips. Lovely family-run business... spotlessly clean... fresh, delicious fish, crispy on the outside, succulent in the middle... we always order haddock but friends assure us the cod is just as good. The chips are AMAZING... not had better chips anywhere else, and I've eaten a LOT of chips!! Their battered sausage is a naughty but AWESOME treat... also, very reasonably priced.
Holy moly the value here is insane! 7.99 you get a huge piece of fish and a heavy helping of chips. Now I wish we didn't wait til our last day to have this place. We heard they were the best in the area and they definitely lived up to it. I do wish they had more seating outside. We had to go back to the flat to eat. But this isn't something I would dock a star for as I would give them 6 stars if I could.

I used to buy my fish n chips here many years ago,after the original owners left,I stopped. Today I must say the Fish n Chips were one of the best I’ve ever had,and the service was quick,and nice people to deal with.Thank you guys,keep it up!
Fish was fine, but their chips and attitude were terrible. Their chips taste like fried hours ago, absorbed steam all the way, or fried the day before and didn't bother to re-fry. Fish were fine in the sense that they are not fishy, but as all restaurants would do, they serve you old fried ones and leave those fresh ones in display. Regards attitude, you really need to repeat 4 times for them to get what you said, and then they understand it wrong. So, unless you really feel like fish and chips and cannot go anywhere else, please don't.
Excellent fish and chips. Large piece of cod freshly cooked at a very reasonable price.
