Great selection of stuff but very disappointed to arrive at 1657 (well we rang from the traffic lights 50yds away to see if they were still there) to be told that they were closed and the staff all gone when it's hours are supposed to be open until 5pm. As a retailer open ourselves until 5, we do not lock up at five to five and if a customer comes through the door at 1 minute to 5, they're afforded the same courtesy as someone who comes in at 9am. I would have only been 2 minutes needing one item and travelled from Malton specifically but got caught up in traffic!!! Frustrating
