Chris Steven and his colleagues in the Haltwhistle shop have always delivered friendly, professional and timely services. When I broke my spectacles they did their utmost to obtain replacement frames as quickly as possible. I have no hesitation in recommending this local optician’s practice.
Recently moved to Haltwhistle Visited in last few days for new eye test and new pair of glasses. Chris the optician was friendly, informative and gave a great professional service. The girls in the office again friendly service Sorted out new lenses and glasses Fantastic service with a smile
We have recently received excellent service from Geoff Steven & Sons. They usually remind us when our eyes require testing and making an appointment is easy and courteously handled by the staff. The staff are helpful, friendly and welcoming. We have never had to wait longer than a week for replacement spectacles. Their Covid protection is up to the standards required. We recommend them without reservation
Very friendly & helpful staff. The shop is on the doorstep to help with any of my sons problems with his glasses.
