They told me to take my hat off before going in. When I got in I saw 2 people wearing hats and they hadn't been asked to remove them while entering or playing.

Terrible customer services and would not even think of going in this place. i met the manager (ROB) to discuss some requirements and his greeting to me face to face was " what do you want" i said "oh thats nice" so he then said "oh er.... ok..... what do you want"
at that point i told him how rude he is and then left and then said " ok then bye"
hummmmmm dont think this is a serious place and its obviously run by incompetent people who have no customer services skills.
