My wife bought a MONHOUSE HEAT-3 Heated blanket for my grandaughter for christmas and didn't work ,contacted them about it and they didn't want to know . But gladly take your money and sell you faulty goods don't go near this company .nIf i could i wouldn't even give them a 1 star .nI am contacting trading standard .
Scam, tried to sell me 2x fake smart plugs - luckily ebay sided with me but take your money elsewhere as they do all in their power not to refund
don’t buy from this company on ebay only selling faulty goods does not except returns and gives invalid return label when they do
Don’t buy from them bought an item through eBay store faulty from when I first used it won’t accept return or refund any money.
please don’t buy anything from this seller at your own risk just sent back a item to only received half a refund then they advertise the item as faulty they are a terrible company to deal with spend your money else we’re
