The dental care provided is excellent. My only criticism concerns contacting the practice by phone where I always have to wait at least 15 minutes to actually speak to someone. When in the waiting room I can hear the phone ringing non-stop.

My Mum recently had a dental appointment scheduled, however arrived only to be told that a change in their system meant she had to provide all her details again. No support was given to help her, or any other people waiting who had to fill out all their details, and this resulted in a long delay before being seen. When she finally got to see the dentist, she didn't get the filling she needed, and has had to make another appointment for a months time. It is totally understandable that upgrading a system may cause slight delays in appointment times, however absolutely no apology was made for this, and the service my Mum received was extremely poor. I would not recommend using this dental care.

Trips to the dentists are rarely fun but Dr Rai always makes one feel at ease with his quick wit and one-liners! The waiting room is pleasant and has some toys to keep the kids amused. Reception staff are helpful and professional. Overall an excellent dental practice.
