The location is great for the hostel, however that’s all I would say.nnThe water in the sinks didn’t run half the time on your floor at night so you had to skip brushing your teeth or you had to travel to the reception floor to use sink water.nnThe hostel rooms themselves are small with no curtains so there’s absolutely no privacy between people. The beds were comfy enough.nnThe showers are tiny and have no place to put your towels and clothes and stuff while showering without getting wet.nnBesides how cheap it is and the location, would not recommend if you find better hostel accommodations.
The hostel itself is fine, location is great and facilities are average. Unfortunately, however, I cannot recommend this hostel to anyone. The entire experience is permeated by 100s of school students/teenagers from groups running around getting in the way and generally just being a bit of a nuisance. It's a shame because it has great potential but I think you're better off going elsewhere frankly.
Great location, close to popular landmarks and public transport stations. The rooms were quite disappointing, the bed was decent, but the tap wasn't working half the time and it was loud all day and night. Service wasn't all that amazing either, the showers didn't work half of the week of my stay and the food was bland and raw.
If I could give the rooms/facility negative stars, I would. The location is about the only good thing about it; it’s very centralized around various metro/tube stations and good restaurants. The rooms are insanely small, the toilets were almost always clogged and had no toilet paper, the showers stopped working every day for most of the day, there was no running water in the rooms, the beds were awful, the pillows flat and paper thin, the vending machines on the floors weren’t working, it took over 30 minutes to get a fish a chips, and the staff seemed bothered if you asked for or about anything. You won’t even get the bare necessities. Paying anything more than $10-$15 per night would be too much, and this is definitely not worth the price. Spend the extra money and stay at the Holiday Inn down the street.
The location was great, but that was quite the only positive thing about the hostel. The water didn’t work half the time so you had to go to another floor to use the toilet or brush your teeth. Furthermore, our room flooded the last night and we had to leave the room at 2 am. Later we found out that multiple rooms had the same problem. The showers were small and there was no room to put your towel or clothes. However, the breakfast was fine and my room was not too dirty. I would not recommend this place.
