I have experience of photographing a wedding here a few years back.
I found the staff to be unhelpful and almosr rude to me. 
Having just been to enquire about another wedding I can say they have also added condescending to the way they talk to people.

I was sent an incorrect birth certificate for my Grandmother, their error not mine I have now been trying for 7 DAYS to contact them by email from Melbourne, Australia to get this rectified, keep getting a message that says "OOPS THERE APPEARS TO BE AN ERROR TRY AGAIN LATER"  I found a link that asked me to rate their service so I have been begging for 7 days for someone to check their website from within, I HAVE HEARD NOTHING, I am not spending the money to ring from Australia as the certificates have cost this senior citizen enough already...

This has the absolute-worst customer interface of any organisation I have ever dealt with.   Telephone calls are answered with a menu, then cut off due to being 'too busy'.   Online death certificates can only be ordered from the 19th century up to 1957.   Otherwise you have to write in.   Have the exact year of death, name and age at death ready ... there are no online archives to search, even 26 years into the Internet era.
