I always have a fantastic experience at all General Merchant cafes/restaurants and coffee bar! The staff are friendly and willing to help. Their food and their coffee is great also.
My To-go place, especially on Sundays post hikes. This place doesn't take reservations so be prepared to wait, though it isn't usually long. Food is usually really good and has never failed me. Will keep coming as long as they're open!
Tasty menu, reasonable prices, decent coffee, speedy service. Cool room if a bit loud at times. Can feel a bit rushed during busy periods but there’s not too much pressure.
Nice little bunch spot, food is good but a little pricey, we also found service to be slow. That being said tasty well presented food and friendly staff.
Absolute favourite place in Belfast to eat, cannot fault one thing about it, the staff are always friendly and welcoming and the food is always great.
The service was excellent considering the present circumstances. Porridge, toasties, blondie and scone were all excellent. Coffees were perfect! Lovely spot for breakfast as long as you don't want a fry
Went for a lovely dinner last night - the staff couldn't have been friendlier and the food was fantastic! We will definitely be back again when we can!
