Just called to get a quotation and the women on the phone was not interested and had a bad attitude. Didnt even give the company a change to quote for the job. VERY POOR!

I was impressed by the honesty of their surveyor. We had damp patches in an unoccupied lower flat. Two other companies gave expensive estimates for remedial work which was not required. The General Damp Proofing surveyor said that heating and ventilation would solve the problems and that's what happened.
