Made an appointment for acrylics to be done for me and my daughter due to having a limited time. Turned up for the appointment 15 minutes early to be told we would have to wait. Got to the time of the actual appointment and we was still waiting     so I asked staff how long it would be until would be seen. He couldn't even give us a straight answer. Avoid this place staff are very unhelpful and rude. They do not care about appointments made and care more about walk ins. I will never be using this place again. First and definitely the last time.Service:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

My daughter arrived in plenty of time for her 11 o'clock appointment. She was kept waiting for an hour and yet they agreed to doing other clients nails ahead of her who didn't have appointments. She left without her nails done upset and dissapointed Disgusting customer service. Would not recommend

ive been a fair few times but not sure why I keep going back. they keep taking walk in appointments, so even if you have an appointment booked for 11, you’re not seen until at least 12. if you book for a time, it makes sense to be seen at that time. I understand them being delayed by 5-10 minutes, but over an hour is just stupid. every time, there’s about 4-5 people waiting before me, even though I booked a certain time as I too have things I need to do my gel nails chip within the first few days/week and peel off completely by gel the second. not to mention because they take so many appointments walk-ins and booked for the same time, they rush around and make mess of nails, they’re not done properly and miss steps as they cram it all in. they’ve lost me as a customer. please stop taking extra walk-in appointments, book clients don’t want to be sitting in a cramped doorway for 40+ minutesService:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

I’ve used Gemma Nails a few times and the finish is always really good. Love how my nails look afterwards. I’ve had French acrylics and other colours and have asked for a natural look and they always do a great job!Services:&nbsp;Nail designs

i wanted a rainbow as its coming up to anniversary of my daughter death the man took my phone and showed other staff laughing then when he was doing my nails he grabbed my wrist and twisted it now i got a sprain my nails look lovely but got a sprain from them staff is so rude its terrible ill never go againService:&nbsp;Manicure

20/04/2022, my wife booked an appointment and went to get her nails done with the powdered gel which costs £40.00. My wife tried to discuss the design with the so called professional, to gently put it out there, the person was extremely impolite!! He spoke to my wife as if he was screaming at her, he told my wife I can’t help with any design, you tell me what to do!! My wife feeling a little alarmed said “I understand English, can you stop shouting please” but the person did not stop. My wife decided not to get her nails done from Gemma’s nail parlour and said the same to the person and started moving towards the door and the person said “Your Problem”. I mean talk about having no competition!! It by no means allows a business to miss treat someone. I asked my wife to wait there while I could get there as was taking care of the kids but my wife denied saying  its not worth it!! Absolutely gutted to see how the so called businesses that needed our help during COVID closure are treating customers not all offcourse. Simply disgraceful!!

Went got my nails done, absolutely perfect, went away an hour later they broke, I went into the shop and got told to go away and come back 5 hours later, seemed unbothered with the fact my nails broke. Came off very unprofessional.Service:&nbsp;Manicure

I will not be going back here, I’ve visited this salon twice and had no issues the first time. Second time I went in to get shellac nails and a week later they’re all chipped and damaged, I went in to speak to them about it after they suggested to do so over the phone, only to be met with an unpleasant man who got very defensive. Long story short he told me he cannot repair them and he didn’t have time to do so, and told me to take my money and he didn’t care if I ever came back in again! Rubbish service and clearly don’t care about customer service in here, don’t waste your time and go somewhere else because this place is a disappointment. I will now stick to Coco’s in town as they are far better.Service:&nbsp;Manicure
