Oh, Gemini’s. I love supporting local business but this place really reminds me the benefits of corporates. I called ahead this evening to check their opening times, which turned out, I learned from his mumbling, to be not 6 as per Google but 5.10. When I suggested he update the information on Google he basically blanked me. Running over to the shop, I found a single dirty room with a slightly forlorn selection of pot plants, succulents and 2 Interflora bouquets. He didn’t greet me from behind the counter or turn around. When I asked if we could make one up from the roses, filler leaves etc he had in buckets he told me no, the girl who does that isn’t here. So I chose a premade one and asked him to add some roses, which he then forced into the arrangement, being pretty rough with the bouquet. I did come away with something passable (thankfully I had not much preference) but I strongly recommend you call ahead, chase up any orders etc so as not to waste your time. Or you know, go somewhere better.

If you live in Shepherd's Bush and use Interflora, these are the florists they'll use. Their offerings are awful every time. Finally we complained and Interflora issued a refund, but I can't believe this place continues to be on their books. A very poor selection of cheap flowers, in poor condition, and some of the gaudiest arrangements you've ever seen.

Don't bother, the rudest person I have ever spoken to. Took 2 days off work and they failed to deliver the flowers to the right place, no effort to correct their mistake and just hung up on me - a disgrace
