We Called Gemini Saturday evening as they stated 24/7 emergency call out. Also sent a WhatsApp message through their website. The message was read as 2 blue ticks appeared. . We left a message and explained that our front door would not close or lock and could they come and help us but no reply. Now it is Monday morning and Gemini have not come back to us whatsoever… Absolutely appalling service, leaving people in distress when advertising 24/7 call outs. I would never use them.
Just had our front door fixed after it locked shut permanently! Absolutely excellent service and the owner Roger really did go the extra mile to source a 20 year old part. Managed to get the door open without damaging it and sourced the part in 24 hours. I would highly recommend this company. Professional from start to finish. Thank you.
