Great service from Gemini accident repair centre! They took my car in after I had a bump in it. I was provided with a brand new courtesy car which was immaculate! They regularly kept me updated throughout the repair process and they dropped my car back off after the work had been done. It was returned to me in excellent condition, the repair work had been done to a high standard and the car was spotless! Thank you for your help!
3rd party insurance company sent my car here to fix body damage caused by their client. The staff were amazing and very professional. The lady in the office went above and beyond, knowing how much my car means to me, text me regularly even tho I was on holiday in the Caribbean. Came back to find him not only fixed perfectly, but valeted to the highest standards inside and out. Would highly recommend them, they understand a car isn't just a car to some people, many thanks to the whole team.
Was meant to take 2 weeks, took 3 months because they kept ordering parts without saying to Me that my car needed them, then ordered wrong parts which delayed the process, someone has sprayed next to my car and the paint residue has gone on my back passenger window and will not come off. And today I just experienced me being locked inside my own car as my inside driver side door leaver was stuck, I needed 2 new door and door hinges, and the car isn't the same as it was.nnI will now be calling up my insurance to make a complaint, because this is ridiculous! Please, if your insurance books you here, go somewhere else. Staff there are nice, but the mechanics seem like they don't care about your vehicle, otherwise this wouldn't happen.
