I had an appointment with Faye and she made me feel totally at ease. All the girls are so friendly. I'm in love with my new colour and can't wait to go back. They also do a fab hot chocolate.
11/10 recommend this place to anyone who wants a cut or colour. They are super knowledgeable, talented and friendly.
I am yet to visit the salon as I am moving to the area from Kent. But, I rang the salon to book a hair appointment for Christmas as I didn't want to be in a new area over Christmas and not be able to get my hair done. The lady I spoke with on the telephone was lovely and couldn't have been more helpful when knowing I was moving from outside the area. Customer service on the telephone is second to none.
I feel disappointed because I've asked for some layers but I had the most simple hair cut ever... Ebony only snipped the very ends off ... I didn't had anything else done .. not even dryed very much, because I'm happy not to dry it too much... but she changed me more then the usual rate !! I don't know why? Never again !
Could not find a more welcoming hairdressers, all the girls are friendly and willing to give advise, they are brilliant at fixing other salons mistakes. Also cant forget the nail shack is situated here which gives an added bonus, and all of the work carried out by everyone in the salon is of the best quality
Took my mom here today as she is currently staying with us. What a lovely job Sian has done! Mom is over the moon. Sian was very pleasant. Mom suffers from anxiety but Sian was extremely patient and understanding with her. Highly recommend
