waffle wasn't cooked properly, strawberries were off ! always disappointed with the desserts, the shop is unhygienic . Wouldn't recommend it to anyone local. Plz pay extra delivery and order elsewhere..Food: 1/5

Great waffle with plentiful amount of nutella topping   The boss man always very friendly too

Ordered a kinder bueno cookie dough with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Was absolutely delicious and I highly recommend. The middle of the cookie dough was soft but not ridiculously goey and the edges were the perfect chewy consistency and not dry or crispy.  Food - 5/5 Presentation - 4/5

I am totally disgusted that I order 2 milkshakes and u received the wrong change so I would be happy if I got 70p of my next order please as the driver obviously didn’t pass his GCSEs because he doesn’t know how to count , ruined my night how am I going to get on the school bus tomorow  I’d appreciate it if I would bring me some extra food for this major convience

ordered for delivery, arrived quickly enough, Oreo milkshake was cold, jam coconut sponge with custard was hot. but neither tasted of anything... very stale taste, the jam sponge was completely tasteless, and the shake was just very sludgy and tasteless... disappointed.

All the negative reviews are for delivery. Doesn't make sense to get waffles or ice cream delivered, like.  The ice cream is ace.

Absolutely shocking service. Rang and placed an order for 6 milkshakes. 1 hour and 20 mins later still not turned up gave them a call to be told they don't have my address even tho they guy on the phone confirmed my new address anyway delivery came missed item off my order rang to ask them to send the forgotten item to be told 'he hasn't got time and he'll talk to me later' then he hung up the phone tryed to call back but no answer. Its a shame as I enjoyed their milkshakes but the customer service is appalling

Hey I have bought  waffle today !!! Test very bad look bad not cooked well . They didn’t used any sauce . Looks so dry  .

just ordered cheesecake it was shitit was more like a whipped cream cake and the bueno was stale and the milkshake was very watery
