We had to endure a year long build by Gee Construction of 2x2 bedroom houses for Waverley Borough Council in Hullmead, Shamley Green. This inconsiderate builder continually blocked access to our house and destroyed an attractive green by parking their trucks, cars and building materials all over it. The Project Manager and his Assistant were completely inadequate at controlling their builders and subcontractors throughout the year long build. Our cars were blocked on a daily basis and this from a supposed considerate contractor!! They have left the site with our drive unsafe to use, surrounded by mud, the green still churned up from construction traffic and a token strip of new turf laid at one end. We had promises of a replacement drive that would be as functional as our previous, changes to the hazardous kerbline were being agreed but now nothing. Neither Waverley or Gee Construction care about the state they have left this area or the inadequate drive we have now been left with.
