I needed to instruct a solicitor for the sale of my late mother's property. I am so pleased with how Rozita handled the legal process. I was kept informed of every action right through from start to finish. My emails were always answered, and I was regularly updated by phone. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you!
Don't think much of their clarity of English when drawing up documents, though I may be merely referring to the Jarndyce and Jarndyce tradition!
Had a very good service for both the probate and conveyancing of my late father's property. The two executors were kept informed throughout the process of what stage we were at and were pleased with the overall service.

Called Edward off the advice of the CAB and was told to contact the CAB. When I advised the CAB had said I now needed legal representation I was told "well, we've got too much work on". That was it. No SLA. No alternative. No help at all. As a family we have used them several times in the past, off my recommendation. Never again. Very disheartened by the experience.
Tamsin Braithwaite was the best - and completed two house sales for me one under time pressure. Can't fault service - will always use again for any house sales.
Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
