Last weekend I visited a typical high street optician and left after hours of frustration of trying to choose a frame with no help or support. After work I noticed this optician on the end of the market place and thought I would pop in. The owners are lovely, staying open to help me. They gave me honest opinions on the frames, didn't make me feel pressured into buying any of them. They had lots of options at good prices. I decided on a beautiful pair of Radley glasses which are included in their offer so I also got a lovely second pair of glasses free! I cannot thank them enough. Customer service was brilliant. I am so pleased - my glasses mean a lot to me as I wear them all day everyday! I will be changing my opticians from now on.
Simon was kind enough to see us on the same day without an appointment. He was thorough and immediately identified the problem with my son's eye which the GP missed. I highly recommend him and his team. Simon then called us later to check up on our progress which demonstrates just how much he cares. Thank you Simon and everyone at Gavzey Opticians. You were amazing!
It would have been fair to tell me to go away months ago and any other optician would have as there is no real business sense in keeping trying to find perfection. I need very specfic varifocals and have a very odd prescription which the high st guys just can't get right but Deborah has gone way beyond what anyone could ever have expected to get it correct. Many businesses will claim they'll do whatever to get it right but i've never in my life known any company to go this far, always welcoming and never making me feel the massive pain i've become.
Very bad place I went that many times and my problem wasnt sorted out I paid many times to make the appointment and i Never get my eye test back still trying to sorted out my problem they don’t will get my money so easy like that i Don't recommend no one to go to this shop to do your eye test having a big problem for simply thing ! please do not make your eye test in this place they will make u pay a lot of money and no give your ur tests !
Very professional and great customer service. Gavezy team did and eye test for my mum - friendly and high quality. Highly recommended!
