Mediocre haircut, terrible attitude from the lady who didn't even introduce herself. This was my first trip to the hairdressers after years of cutting it myself and I will just go back to my hair clippers after that. They are much friendlier and I would be £25 richer after it.
As I usually shave my head, I was expecting some kind of advise and direction but got none of that. I even had to tell her to cut around the ears as she didn't even bother approaching that area (and I did clean my ears beforehand). Very unapproachable lady who clearly couldn't be bothered. 
I was also expecting a relaxing hair wash experience as my girlfriend raves about them, temperature was OK but I can't feel my neck anymore as the basin was so low and I then got tortured with a rough blow dry.
Needless to say, I would not be recommending this place to anyone and I am gutted I forgot my £10 birthday voucher as that would have eased the pain a little bit. I also found out later that they offer 25% off for all new clients, which I didn't even get...

Had a great restyled by Deepa. She spent the time talking to me to really understand what I wanted and I am really happy with the results! I have curly hair which is daunting for some hairdressers but I always walk away with a great haircut when I go to Gatsby and Miller.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful.  The 1st time I visited, I was totally happy so I decided to go back for a further restyle. The 2nd (which it was done by a more junior stylist) I didn't like as it wasn't the shape that it was meant to be.  I tried different ways of styling the new hair cut but after 3 weeks I gave up and ended up calling the salon and asking them if it could be corrected.  They said yes but they wanted to charge the full price!! When I said it wasn't fair as I'd only paid the full price only few weeks ago and now having to go back through no choice of my own, they agreed a 25% discount (which is offered to all new clients!).  
I refused to pay the fee for their error and have decided to visit my old hairdressers.  

It was a real shame they couldn't fix the issue as I liked the staff and the salon is rather near to my house.  Most hairdressers would correct the style if the client is not happy free of charge, however this salon doesn't see the need as they have their regular clients and clearly do not need new business.
