Enjoyed visiting this place. Nice stadium. Very clean. Plenty of seating available. Seats are a bit far from the pitch so slightly hard to get view of what's happening on the other side/end. Staff are very friendly. Parking is decent but not the largest. They also have indoor gym facilities. Overall, nice experience.
Gateshead International Stadium provides a fantastic sports experience. The venue is well-kept with plenty of seating, and the staff are always welcoming and approachable. It’s the perfect spot for families and sports fans alike.
Had a brilliant night, music , orchestra and performers were fantastic, such talented people, the whole night was excellent, event staff were professional but friendly. The double decker bus playing music was amazing, dodgems, bar staff excellent, all in all exceeded my expectations, do not miss the next one. Thanks for a great experience.
Went here to watch the football over the weekend. Its not the best stadium for football and some parts of the ground need a refurbishment. The main entrance area and concourse are OK, however when I went there they made everyone sit on the one side of the pitch and with only one kiosk for food it made for some very long lines. This stadium is about a 25 minute walk from Heworth Interchange or you can get the 94 bus there.
Great atmosphere watching Gateshead FC. The pitch and stands are good, the Home stand is covered. The main building is a little tired, and the canteen is small, however overall it's clean and safe.
I had a decent day watching Newcastle United take on Gateshead FC in their first preseason friendly. The weather was appalling with Thunder and heavy downpours, the home fans stayed dry but that is all part of the game. The staff were great and friendly with questions and directions and it looks like away fans will soon have cover as well on what I think is the East stand.
With winds of up to 70mph sitting in the unroofed stand here was not fun! The football pitch is within the outer running track so if the ball goes out of play the Ball boys and girls have a fair distance to cover to retrieve it! I don't think we will be paying a return visit!!
Great venue for the North East Tabletop Expo 2024. Lots of space for vendors. Though the toilets were a little tricky to find
Love this gym. Has everything you need for a good workout. The staff are lovely and very helpful xx
Went for a pre season friendly with Newcastle united as it's mainly used for athletics three of the stands have no roof on so if it's forcast rain then I would recommend taking a umbrella as u will get wet
