Awesome city centre facilities. Transport and leisure services with conjoining high street stalls. Free well managed public toilets for everyone.
Clean interchange. Plenty seating for public waiting for a bus. Needs more staff to help guide travelling customers in a hurry to catch a bus. More security needed for the young teenagers who like to loiter and cause problems later in the day/night. Not all issues are picked up by security cameras. Not all incidents happen around the metro barriers when most staff seem to be gathered.
Run down and a bit grubby. There is car parking to park and ride or leave overnight but no obvious signage into the car park and you have to enter the bus lane to access it.
Here, You get your Metro trips booked and catch your train in a glimpse...nnYour Metro arrival time is very accurate with stipulated time. So u better don't waste a minute taking photos around..lol
This place is sometimes good if you want to get a bus, but the buses do sometimes like to skip the station all together I think that may be part of Go north east's incompetence.nnOn an evening it's full of loud kids with no staff doing anything.
