I would put minus 5 stars if I could..long story short they helped my beloved cat to go to rainbow as fast as she can. Wrong treatment, they prescribed medication which led to the kidney failure and we couldn’t save her. While she was on that medication kidneys can’t handle it she can’t hold her urine, and eventually she stops eating. we didn’t know that the tablets cause that problems we brought her to the vet again and they said this is a kidneys failure but it was to late to do anything. Please be careful what you giving to your babies.
We've been going to visit lovely vet Terry Croud at Gatehouse with our two girls since 2011. Terry is like no other vet I have met. He absolutely loves and is totally dedicated to animals. He takes time to explain things, is a great listener, so compassionate, caring, kind, understanding, open minded, incredibly knowledgeable and really an absolute gem of a human being with a big heart. I could go on. But I wanted to say that we feel very grateful and lucky that our girls have Terry's help - he is like part of the family. We even refer to him as 'Uncle Terry' affectionately, as I know many other people do too. Thank you Terry and your fabulous team at Gatehouse for all you have done and continue to do with such passion - we appreciate you so much.
I've been bringing my french bulldog dog pebbles to see Terry for nearly 6 years now. He is a great vet and amazing around animals. He puts them at ease and makes everyone feel welcome. He's very knowledgeable about flat faced breeds and listens to any concerns we may have. A very helpful vet indeed.
Highly recommend! In all the 14 years I’ve used gatehouse vets in Bingley. I can honestly say I’ve had nothing but positive experiences. All my dogs are in safe hands and well looked after. I’ve rang in first thing with a concern and so far the vets and reception team have been amazing! Thank you to the reception staff. You do an amazing job. My dogs have always been seen that same day.
Only been at this vets for 3 years after a bad experience elsewhere but it is a superb vets. Terry is amazing. My dog trusts him completely and is no longer scared of going. He is very knowledgeable and puts both pets and owners completely at ease xx 5 stars
We usually take our dog to the Haworth practice but our little dog Willow became poorly and we needed any urgent appointment , she was pooing blood and vomiting , we got an appointment at the Bingley branch with Terry the vet , he diagnosed the problem and administered The injection and sent us home with some tablets . I must say this vet is the best I have ever seen,he put me at ease and explained everything to me and answered all my questions , Next time my my dog is poorly I will be asking for Terry to treat my dog
Shep was seen by Terry as a medical emergency this morning, and I struggle to convey how utterly grateful I am for Terry’s professionalism and kindness. Gatehouse Vets has cared for 3 of my dogs spanning 25 years. I could not recommend Terry and his team more highly. Andrew & Shep Crabtree

Last minute appointment due to my dog being poorly. They got me in immediately. Exceptional service. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else. She is on the mend Thank you so much!!
My dog Alice is very precious to me. I know that when she’s at Gatehouse she’s in good hands. I’m eligible for free Veterinary care elsewhere but I will only take her to Gatehouse - it’s worth the cost because the staff know her and are so calm and friendly and caring to her. She’s an extremely anxious dog but they always are so patient and find a way to soothe her. The quality of care she receives is second to none. Thank you Gatehouse for always being so good to Alice. Alice says thank you too.
