We only popped in for some drinks to see the ship off on the world cruise, and the owner wouldn't let us not eat! He brought us out a platter to nibble on which was such a thoughtful gesture and the food was fantastic! Will definitely go for a full Thai meal next time.

Celebrated my birthday with family at Gatehouse Grill Steakhouse. Food & service was excellent, I even had a free desert - a fabulous cheesecake. We were also entertained by an amazing magician performing table magic. It was a great evening. Can't wait for my next visit.

Booked a table for a hen party meal of 9 people last minute, they couldn't have been more accommodating! The food was delicious, the cocktails were amazing and the staff were wonderful. Monty in particular came over and told us some jokes, and the whole experience was so so great; something we will be talking about for ages!

Had high expectations after reading all the positive reviews. Unfortunately was given undercooked lamb which was chewy and I left most of it. Starters were good. Pricey but you pay for the nice view. Will not be returning here.

Came here on Wednesday for my birthday. Great service and food. Tried the rum lounge and had a lovely but very strong cocktail called the Zombie! Would definitely return :

The food was great but the service was awful! There were only 4 tables in but the bar staff seemed more interested in chatting to their mates sat at the bar than serving us. Overall quite disappointed

Best Sunday roast in Southampton. Happy to Have finally found somewhere that does Sunday roast well! Will be back to try the burgers. Hidden gem, great food.
