I helped my parents rent a property from Gatehouse Estates. The ladies at Gatehouse are very kind and patient. They were helpful with the whole process and allowed me to be involved with helping my parents with referencing and paperwork. A great independent Estate and Lettings Agency. I use the letting side of the company and have been very happy with the service they provide. Everyone is very professional, friendly and efficient. I am very pleased with how they manage my property. It feels a very personal service. I was previously with a much larger letting agency and the service I received was truely dreadful. We purchased our first investment property through Gatehouse Estates a few years ago, and also use them as our letting agent. Phillip was very professional, informative and helpful throughout what could have been a stessful time!! The team are friendly and have been very efficient in finding us great tenants.
