0 Stars would be a more suitable review, if the agent would have introduced himself to my partner before the viewing began I would be able to highlight his representation on the company but unfortunately he didn't even bother do to that, this gentleman met my partner who is looking to buy houses for investment purposes, the agent was lazy and had no information regarding the property, never mind even having keys to show him around the place! This terrible viewing ended in the agent telling my partner he is going to grab the 'keys' for an area that is locked, come to find that the agent had disappeared? Completely unprofessional and should be ashamed. If your staff are not trained enough they should not be sent out to guide CASH buyers through viewings. Won't be bothering looking for investment opportunities with Gascoigne again .
We have chosen to use Gascoigne Halman as our letting agent for almost ten years. The reason we keep going back is because of the excellent service we receive from Lisa. She is very professional and always really helpful. We have no negative comments what so ever.

Having just completed the sale of my house in Kettleshulme I just wanted to take a moment to thank Gascoigne Halman in Macclesfield, and Carly in particular, for their endeavours and efforts over the last 3 months. The house came on the market and was sold within a matter of days. That was easy I thought! However, a 400 year old house in the countryside comes with a number of unforeseen challenges all of which were met head on and handled efficiently and promptly by Carly and the team. I was kept informed at all times, phone calls and emails were answered quickly and the entire process was managed in a manner that never failed to impress. I've sold a number of properties in the area over the years and this has been the most pleasant experience of the lot. Thank you Carly and thank everyone at Gascoigne Halman and whilst I have no intention of selling again in the near future, you just never know!!
Angela at the Macclesfield branch was great when dealing with our house sale - communication was always quick, we got regular updates and she helped to progress matters quickly. Great service!

Excellent service from start to finish with the sale of our much loved home. Nick, Manager who attended initially and dealt with the valuation & then organised the photographs & also some of the viewings was extremely professional throughout. All Staff extremely helpful & friendly & Carly exceptional in all of our dealings with her. An extremely professional Team and we would have no hesitation in recommending this Company.
The experience was satisfactory and the staff friendly but there are improvements to be made. There is rarely anyone in the office and messages or emails need to be left so they can get back to you. This can take rather a long time! The staff seem knowledgeable but I was limited to viewing a property when the tenant was available to show me around. The agent could have done it.
