Excellent school, great students. A strong staff throughout. The woman who sorts out the cover is extremely friendly and talented. Louise Banks runs her department extremely well. I don't especially care for Academy trusts, but Garstang is truly the jewel in FCAT's crown.
From my experience at this school, I have found it to be a delightful and brimming place, filled with lively teachers and wonderful students with promising futures. There are a lot of good qualities to this school, such as the banning of water! I felt this was very necessary as it is important to have students be focused on learning and priorities, instead of hydration. I have also taken note of how the school is very interested in taking good care of our world's insects! There are 5 wasp nests, and that is fascinating and very positive for the environment. Moving onto academics, as an art student myself, I have taken note of how little money goes into the school's art program. I think this is great because students should be focused on raw academics, as drawing, painting, and other forms of depicting art through onto a canvas or paper, is very much useless to what the real world, beyond schools and academics, needs of these students. Overall, I think this school is a wonderful and helpful environment for growing and learning students, who will go onto take up places within our work force, because of what they were able to achieve in their academics. 5 stars here, amazing school, fantastic staff, and a wonderful group of students.
the school staff is very nice, understanding, and encouraging they have truly helped me pursue my dream of being a full time discordian and have encouraged me on my journey the whole way. They really do a great job at protecting the students and keeping them happy and making their school experience fun whilst also keeping them ready to learn and helping our children improve their bright futures.
Watched a fabulous show here on Wednesday October 5th 2022- Calender Girls the Musical here. Its until Saturday October 8th. Been here quite a few times to watch brilliant shows.
