Rude and patronising. When I started using garrods this was on a recommendation of a solicitor that was there at the time. Well, when she left I was advided badly which cost me a lot of money, i feel extremely let down with the service I received after she left. Horrible staff to deal with. Disappointed isn't the word.

Service: Divorce & Separation Case date: December 2013 Review Traumatic experience!!!!!!!! Awful experience really!!. Learnt my lesson to do proper research prior to approaching a solicitor firm. Felt ignored and mislead all the way through, wasted my hard earned money and most importantly my valuable time, getting nowhere with my case. Spending and wasting over 2 years of time with no progress at all on a simple straight forward case is such a shocking and painful experience. A sincere advise would have helped instead of ignoring someone or misleading them. If I had permitted time and money to argue about all the deficits in my case and how it was negligently dealt, I should have resorted to action against the firm. But with my overall experience with them I can never forgive nor forget the trauma and endless pain I suffered while I was with this firm. Shame that my circumstances and my lack of knowledge during that period of time didn't permit me to deal with the matter right away!!!!!. Thank God atleast sooner or later, I have finally realised to change the firm, otherwise this would have ended up a major disaster in my life, allowing the opposite party to get away with their cunning selfish acts.

When it comes to using garrods for case against social services they will lose the case and lose you yoour kids they work alongside social they dint call any character witnesses for you my kids were took cos i was abused aas a chid n having counselling and garrods did not fight this
