Thankyou so much for helping me get my partner a plaque of his late father's Regiment, 132 Royal Artillery Bengal Rocket Troop, it was his birthday gift and to say the least, a very emotional gift, he loved it, and you guys made this happen. Thankyou
I can say everything that I have ordered which has been a lot this year from Garrison PRI it has always been of high standard of craftsmanship. So any ex-servicemen and serving lads and lasses out there this is the site to use. The staff are a great and go out of their way to help you. Peter Whatley. ex-Gunner and proud of it UBIQUE
Ordered a frame with a citation for a leaving present. When we received the finished product, there were typo errors in the citation that were not in the email sent. When we went back to the shop, WE WERE CHARGED BY THEM TO CORRECT THEIR ERROR. They even refused to return the item to us until we paid otherwise I would have turned the matter over to the credit card company to deal with. Appalling behaviour and would not recommend using them.

Not 'just' a PRI Shop. I've had loads of customised stuff off these guys. They have done me polo shirts with a logo embroidered, an engraved bottle of port for my Dads birthday and an imprinted notebook. The staff is very friendly . Top score from me.
Friendly, prompt service offering a wide range of military kit/gifts/presentations/personalised items Such as clothing & much more. If they don't know something they'll know someone who does. Always worth asking if you want something specific.
Always the best service with quality stuff throughout. I always have engraving done here and they do a superb job, whatever the requirement. Great to support a shop that is doing it's best to support all in the Garrison. The best PRI around the county by far, worth a visit.
