Garratts are a brilliant solicitor. We’ve dealt with Lisa Scott for years in buying, selling and remortgaging houses. She has been the best conveyancer we have ever dealt with. Rapid speeds and lighting fast results. Would 100% recommend as the job that needs doing gets done every time without fail.
Garratts helped a member of my family with a clinical negligence claim. It has been a long, difficult process but all the way through Garratts have been professional, caring and sensitive. Michelle Ong and Jill Barlow were fantastic. They are, by far, the best solicitors / conveyancers that I have used. They were extremely patient and furthermore they were extremely efficient. We used Garratt's when we bought our first home back in 2019. I'm not sure if all solicitors are like this but it was an absolute nightmare, I had to constantly chase Michelle for updates all the time, it was only when I complained that things started moving along quicker and somebody else got involved. Most definitely won't be using them again, I would avoid.
Great communication via telephone and email. Prompt service, convenient appointments and good solid professional advice provided by Stephen Garratt supported by Janet and Amanda. Would not hesitate to recommend.
