Unfortunately for me, as I left my vehicle, my ticket must have flipped over in the breeze, so on my return I found a parking charge notice on my windscreen, I appealed sending a photo of my ticket and an explanation, the reply makes me feel like I'm being treated like a criminal and although they are not going to fine me, they are demanding a twenty pound admin charge and if I don't pay that they will fine me one hundred pounds.nApart from that extremely upsetting experience, the spaces are barely big enough for larger vehicles, the price they charge is highway robbery and the toilets that are not fit for purpose were locked, I'm elderly and although not disabled i sometimes have problems walking far, but I had to walk to a Wetherspoons pub and use their facilities before I could get on with my reason for coming to Hereford, it's no wonder i avoid coming anywhere near this lovely city as much as possible these days, horrendous traffic, parking nightmare and very sadly missed market.
Good central location, lots of spaces, there are toilets there too plus a clothing recycling bank. I think that bikes can park for free. However it is expensive, cheaper to park in Bath Street car park opposite.
It used to be the best place to park in Hereford. Not any more . New complicated machine to pay and the price has gone up by 50%
Very expensive short stay car park. £9 for up to 5 hours. Drove straight back out.
More overpriced parking in Hereford. Easy enough to get a space if you have no choice but to park there.nIt's now £1.80 an hour as of April 2023. A rip off
