Good sized store, felt a little uncomfortable window shopping here it wasn't going to be but decided I wasn't happy to buy a new console here. I'm not a regular to this shop so I will go back, note to kids working be kind and welcoming
Nice shop with lots of game options for PS4, ps5, Xbox, switch etc. And now lots of board games and merchandise too. Some used game options as well
The till service lady at the GAME store was excellent and very helpful. My granddaughter had different vouchers to go against an expensive Nintendo and the service was great I had just come from boots where the customer service from their staff was very poor, so this was very positive.
Always great, went in after covid for the first time the other week to have a gander, ended up talking with one of the staff friendly and knew their stuff, bought a game and talked games for a few minutes. Great service and experience!
They sell games...and merchandise and hardware. Staff were friendly.
Another shop with basically no stock just a load of empty boxes on shelves to bait you into buying to find out they don't have anything when you bring it to the counter
Sometimes the queues are rough but that's retail. The important thing is they always have what I want, the staff are the most amazing bunch of people who make you feel welcome without being pressured to buy and they often charge less than the sticker price.
I have no problems getting what I need from here and would like to point out Mr bear that works in there behind the counter is not only good at what he does, he is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet in life
Went in to buy a present I had no idea about and I was helped out and walked through everything I needed to know. Once I went here and the staff that was ringing me up made a mistake and charged my gift card £100 this amendment however was corrected by another member of staff who I assume was a senior member of staff at the time. Very great duo for the service.
Really bad. Brought an Xbox was given without battery pack or the lead to plug it into the xbox. And the controller stopped working within a week
