I wouldn't even give any stars to this company but apparently I have to give at least one. The worst Kickstarter Fufilment I've ever encountered. They've screwed up pledges multiple times, take forever to actually send anything out and now they've lost half of my pledge including the main game of quite a large kickstarter. Don't use them for UK/EU kickstarter fulfillment.

Very bad. 1month waiting for support answers and I waiting over 3 month for my order. Nothing is here. And no help.

Shocking delivery service and poor customer services.  My recent experience on a kickstarter delivery has been a complete nightmare.  Have waited over 2 weeks for the item to be delivered and have been constantly misinformed by the customer services team on when the item has been shipped.  I would prefer an honest answer rather than told an item has shipped when it clearly hasn't.
I certainly won't use GamesQuest for any personal purchases and I will advise any future Kickstarter projects to avoid using them for UK/EU fulfilment.  
Very disappointed and unfortuantely my experience is not uncommon according to others I have spoken to.
