Very helpful staff with great knowledge. Game prices becoming more competitive too. If you buy quite a few games an elite card is a must! Made my money back on one pre-order trade. Every staff member i have dealt with nothing seems to be any trouble and have always answered/dealt with my queries. Only downside is I would like to pay for my pre ordered game right away with either traded games or cash.

A bit dearer for preowned games than that used to be but still a good selection and helpful friendly staff.

An absolute bunch of crooks.. Daughter went in to sell them her i phone 6 as she got a new phone. The phone had a very very small crack in the corner and they offered her £120 but if she got it fixed they would give her £195. She got it fixed at a cost of £40 and took it back to them. They asked her to leave it with them for 10 mins for them to check it out and when she returned they said her battery was goosed and could only give her £80. She told them to stuff it and went to another shop who said that game are notorious for this. They said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the battery and gave her £165 for the phone.
